EVERBLAST’S LONG VENTURI TUNGSTEN CARBIDE SANDBLASTING NOZZLE HAS A 1/4″” BORE AND 1″ ENTRY. THIS TOUGH SANDBLASTING NOZZLE IS FITTED WITH AN EZ GRIP THERMOPLASTIC JACKET AND WEAR RESISTANT BRASS ALLOY THREADS. SANDBLASTING NOZZLES ARE USED FOR REMOVING RUST, CONTAMINENTS AND OTHER SURFACES FROM STEEL. MATCH THE BORE SIZE OF YOUR BLAST CLEANIING NOZZLE WITH NOZZLE PRESSURE YOU NEED AND CFM OUTPUT OF YOUR COMPRESSOR. Choosing blast cleaning nozzle to match your system isn’t difficult.
Look at compressor’s air output and then select best size sandblasting nozzle to maximize blast cleaning productivity. Most efficient blast cleaning systems will need sufficient compressed air to supply continually at least 95 to 100 PSI at blast cleaning nozzle. There are situations where less forceful blast cleaning may be needed using softer abrasives, under these circumstances, a lower nozzle psi might be acceptable.
