Tungsten carbide insert TCI-6E. Bore 3/8
Tungsten carbide insert TCI-6E is designed to fit into a number of popular sandblasting cabinet guns & suction guns. It has an O.D. of 7/8″ (22.2mm). It features a straight bore with tight blast pattern for spot cleaning on small parts and a flange for locking into a gun with that type of locking system.
Tungsten carbide being a tough wear resisting material, is well suited for use in blasting guns since a part of the nozzle is exposed. Offering toughness coupled with a longer life than either ceramics or steel it is a great choice for many blast cleaning set ups. Available in the most widely used bore sizes, ranging from 1/4″ to 1/2″. Using aluminum oxide abrasive then take a look at our Boron Carbide equivalent BCI-6E
There is also available the same insert but without a Flange fitting TCI-6
