Tungsten carbide deflector tip for 2″ to 12″ Pipe ID – Holloblast
Tungsten carbide deflector tip is used to radiate abrasive 360 degrees to clean inside walls of pipes. Nozzles or wear parts using Boron carbide will last longer than tungsten carbide due to its superior wear properties over a wide range of abrasives.
Tungsten carbide is a tough material and will hold up well in situations where the part is likely to be impacted during use.

One of the most difficult blast cleaning operations is the internal bore of a pipe/tube. Pipes come in a many different I.D.’s from small e.g. 1/2″ I.D. to many feet wide. There are different machines available for doing cleaning work on the large bores. Nearly all these machines are expensive and difficult to maintain. We can help with some of the maintenance cost by having available a number of replacement carbide wear parts. Contact us for more information.
In some cases the I.D. of a tube is so small that it is difficult to find a nozzle small enough to fit the I.D. We may be able to help with our lance style nozzles that have a small O.D. Please see our MAC 4 nozzles to see if these will work with your application.
